Peter joined QCG in June 2014 as a consultant after previously working in retail management. He has a MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Brunel University, achieved in 2013.
Peter has conducted various assignments at QCG spanning both reward and talent, including reviewing, designing and implementing reward structures, leading on-going pay surveys, and leading employee engagement and 360 feedback surveys. Peter also leads the digital marketing process for QCG.
Peter’s clients include a range of established international private sector companies and public sector bodies.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys both playing and watching sport (particularly Manchester United), completed the London marathon in 2016, and considers himself a bit of a film buff!
