Head of Retained HR Services
Richard is an experienced HR and change management practitioner within the manufacturing, service and public sectors. He joined QCG in 2005 and leads the interim management practice, as well as working on a number of consultancy projects.
Richard has held specialist roles in management and organisation development, as well as senior positions in profit-responsible management and group services in a range of industries. He has also had Board level responsibility for HR, Pensions, Property, and Purchasing with a FTSE mid-250 company.
Richard leads QCG’s retained HR Services offering to small / medium sized organisations who require HR strategic and operational support on a long term basis. In addition, Richard supports our broader HR offering. Recent projects include: working on business transformation at Board level, corporate strategy and planning, organisation development, executive recruitment and business restructuring.
Outside work Richard has a passion for Welsh rugby and for cooking Indian and Oriental cuisine.
