Alison has more than 18 years’ HR and consulting experience, in both line manager and consultancy roles. She joined QCG in 2002 and is now a Non-Executive Director, having formerly led the OD/HRM practice and our Coaching Network. Prior to her time with QCG she had a 12 year career at Towers Perrin and was HR Manager for an international law firm.
Alison worked with a variety of clients in the public and private sectors on management development, performance and reward, employee engagement and research, change and communications.
Project work included: managing a coaching programmes for senior managers in a private sector IT company and in a global retailer, facilitating a leadership programme for regional directors, supporting a government department in its review of reward and performance management, working with an NDPB to improve their performance management process and leading a career development project.
Alison holds a BA (Hons) in History, a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, certificates in psychometric testing and is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. Alison is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
