Performing Arts Pay & Benefits Survey
What is it?
- The QCG Performing Arts Pay & Benefits Survey is a specialist pay and benefits survey for arts and culture organisations.
- The survey covers roles in specialist and support functions across 6 levels of seniority.
- It provides function and sector-specific data not covered by other pay surveys.
When is it?
- The survey submission window is open in the summer, with results published in autumn.
- We will begin having pre-survey calls with participants in the spring.
What do I get if I sign up?
- An extensive report outlining the results, including a breakdown of various specialisms, locations, and organisational sizes;
- Sharing of market intelligence and an ongoing network of support, information, and referrals from QCG’s Performing Arts sector group of clients; and
- Networking events throughout the year, including a results presentation event providing an opportunity for survey participants to share information and discuss ‘hot skills’ areas, key reward trends and other topical issues.
