What is it?
- The QCG Project Management, Engineering and Technical Roles Pay Survey is a specialist pay and benefits survey for construction, infrastructure and rail organisations.
- The survey covers a total of 45 roles across differing levels of seniority.
- The survey provides data for specialist functions not covered by general industry surveys.
When is the survey?
- The survey submission window is open until the end of August, with results published by the end of September.
- We will hold an annual post-survey networking event shortly after the results have been published.
- We will begin having pre-survey calls with participants in the early Spring.

Which roles and areas of reward are covered?
- The survey results include a breakdown by discipline (e.g. civil engineering, signalling, sector (e.g. highways, rail), location, and length of service.
