QCG was founded in 2000 and grew quickly to become a leading business-focused HR consultancy supporting a wide range of public and private sector organisations. On the 1st July 2022 we announced we were joining the Personal Group family. Karen brings over 20 years' commercial and strategic experience to her role as Innecto CEO. Supported by the Senior Leadership and Consultancy teams, Karen plans and executes Innecto's strategic direction and our delivery of long-term business goals.
Karen's in-depth knowledge of Innecto's operations and services gives her a unique insight into our clients' requirements and how to continually improve our offering. She plans to build on Innecto's impressive track record and is passionate about translating our unique business values across everything we do.
Before joining Innecto Karen worked in senior marketing positions in the leisure, telecoms and not-for-profit sectors, including Zonefit, Excalibur Communications and RAF Charitable Trust Enterprises. She holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and Business Administration from Reading University, specialising in Marketing.
With over two decades of experience in Reward Management, HR, and Business Management Consultancy, Sarah Lardner brings a wealth of strategic and practical expertise to Innecto. Joining the firm in 2010, she has consistently delivered high-impact Reward solutions for prestigious clients, including British Airways, Bloomsbury Publishing, Ocado, Bentley, Waterstones, UCAS, Bristol Airport, Mitie Group, AirTanker, Les Ambassadeurs Club, and the Shell Foundation.
As Director of Business Innovation, Sarah bridges corporate strategy with client-focused delivery, spearheading the development of Innecto Digital's market-leading digital products. Her extensive international Reward knowledge, coupled with her proven skills in programme management, business analysis, and client relationship management, ensures clients receive tailored, effective solutions.
Prior to Innecto, Sarah held key roles in prominent organisations across the energy, financial services, and telecommunications sectors, including Nationwide Building Society, EDF, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Cable & Wireless.
Christopher joined Innecto in November 2024, bringing a strong background in analytics and data-driven insights. Before joining, he worked as a Finance Analyst at TGI Fridays and a Reporting Analyst at Vodafone, where he developed expertise in financial analysis and reporting. He also gained consultancy experience, further refining his problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Although new to the reward industry, Christopher is eager to learn and grow, with a particular interest in understanding pay gaps and helping organisations make data-informed decisions. He holds a Business with Finance degree from Bournemouth University and has a passion for working with numbers, especially exploring correlations and uncovering insights that drive meaningful change.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and discovering new places whenever he can.
Shruti joined Innecto in October 2024 as a Reward Analyst, bringing nearly five years of experience in HR and Analytics. Previously, she worked in India with mid-sized organizations, holding roles as HR Business Partner and HR Analyst, where she gained expertise across various HR domains, making her a versatile problem solver.
At Innecto, Shruti is excited to explore the other side of the Reward industry, focusing on designing total reward frameworks to help organizations attract, retain, and motivate talent through data-driven decisions. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from India and is passionate about how analytics can drive strategic growth within the organisations.
Outside of work, Shruti enjoys traveling and photography.
Genni joined Innecto in January 2023 as a Reward Analyst and has since progressed to Associate Consultant, having previously worked as a Reward and People Analytics Advisor in the People Team of Innecto’s parent company, Personal Group. With her generalist HR knowledge, Genni is passionate about helping organisations use data to make more informed decisions about their workforce and business practices.
Since joining Innecto, Genni has worked on various projects in delivering pay and benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, pay gap reporting, and pay transparency analytics. Recent clients she has worked with include Surrey Cricket Club, Arriva TrainCare, MS Society, Oxfam, and the Royal Opera House.
Genni has a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Oxford Brookes University and is CIPD level 5 qualified in Human Resource Management.
Amin joined Innecto in May 2024 as a Reward Analyst. Prior to joining Innecto, Amin worked within the executive compensation practise at WTW, where he provided clients with data-driven insights on compensation quantum, plan design and market practice across FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
Amin is passionate about helping clients leverage their data to solve the various reward challenges cascading down their organisation. Since joining Innecto, Amin has supported clients from various sectors on a range of projects, including pay structures, benchmarking, job evaluation and gender pay reporting. Recent clients he has worked with include Airtanker, Advertising Standards Authority, De Beers, SGN and Shell Foundation.
With a strong quantitative background, Amin holds an MSc in Economics from the Erasmus School of Economics in Rotterdam.
Paul has a background as a HR Generalist, with around 10 years’ experience, having climbed the ladder from Administrator to Business Partner. Paul's roles have primarily been in the Education sector, where pay and reward is always a hot topic.
Paul has worked within the largest Academy Trust in the UK, for a small local Academy Trust, and at a prestigious independent school group where they faced many of the same challenges when it came to Reward. This led to an interest in Reward and how it can be utilised to have the greatest impact and an understanding that whilst others may be facing the same challenges, the ideal solution will be different. Some of the Reward projects Paul has worked on included benchmarking roles into a new framework, the creation of new pay scales for teachers and support staff, and exploring creative ways to build a valued benefits package.
Since joining Innecto, Paul has worked on projects including job evaluations, pay and benefits benchmarking, pay gap reporting, and developing pay frameworks. Clients include British Airways, Postcode Lottery Group, Historic Royal Palaces, and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
Paul has a degree in History from Nottingham Trent University, completed a CIPID Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management, and holds several sports coaching and further education teaching qualifications. Paul enjoyed a long rugby playing career that saw appearances at every level between National 2 and Midlands 3 before deciding to step back and spend several years coaching in the mini & juniors sections of a local club.
Spencer is a highly skilled Senior Reward Consultant with over six years of experience in designing and delivering tailored reward solutions across a diverse range of industries. Having joined Innecto in 2019 as a Graduate Reward Analyst, Spencer has progressed through the organisation, showcasing a strong track record of delivering data driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Throughout his career, Spencer has worked with organisations from the Private, Public and Not-for-profit sectors, spanning a wide range of industries such as Aerospace and Defence, Architecture, and Financial Services. Spencer prides himself on his ability to build strong working relationships and develop a deep understanding of each organisation he works with.
During Spencer’s second year at Innecto he was seconded to Innecto’s parent company for a year, Personal Group PLC, to work as a Business Analyst helping to further strengthen his understanding of business and develop his analytical problem-solving capabilities. Spencer also gained valuable in-house experience working with a leading Premier League football club, one of Innecto’s key clients, where he helped deliver reward-focused internal projects.
Spencer has worked with organisations such as British Airways, innocent, Deloitte, Hitachi, The King’s Trust and London Marathon Events, supporting the delivery of a wide range of reward projects, including both consultancy and digital solutions. His expertise in data-driven insights and strategic reward solutions continues to help organisations optimise their employee value proposition and ensure reward is motivating.
With his experience of identifying trends and providing analysis, and his deep understanding of data manipulation, Mark supports the delivery of a range of pay and reward projects at Innecto. His work is increasingly client focused and he has recently completed projects with high-profile names like Arsenal FC, Hearst Magazines, Skyscanner, Segro plc, and AJW Aviation.
Since joining Innecto in January 2017, Mark has helped delivered a range of reward initiatives including pay benchmarking & structures, job evaluation and gender pay analysis. He also runs our bespoke salary survey across the performing arts & heritage sectors, managing contributions from national organisations.
Mark has a strong background in managing data, previously working in data analysis roles within the retail and wholesale services sector. Mark holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
One of Sarah's particular strengths is building strong relationships with her clients, many of whom have worked with Sarah and Innecto for several years. Recent clients include Airtanker, Bristol Airport, Compare the Market, Francis Crick Institute and Reed Smith LLP. She also runs our bespoke salary survey working with organisations across the Regulatory sector, bringing insight and understanding to the participating organisations through her analysis.
Sarah has a strong analytical background in scenario modelling and contingency planning, having previously worked in a number of global supply planning and project management roles. She is highly experienced in data analysis and interpretation and uses her problem solving skills to help clients find the best solutions for their pay and reward issues. She hold a BSc Hons from Oxford Brookes University in Geological Sciences.
One of Sarah's particular strengths is building strong relationships with her clients, many of whom have worked with Sarah and Innecto for several years. Recent clients include Buzz Bingo, Bristol Airport, GoCompare, RPMI, Grosvenor Estate, Headlam and the Francis Crick Institute.
Sarah also specialises in running our bespoke salary surveys for luxury London casinos and rugby match officials. She is the Data Protection lead for the Analyst team, and helps to co-ordinate Innecto's policies and practices in light of the GDPR.

Holly Coe is an expert Senior Reward Consultant who joined Innecto in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in various domains of in-house HR. With a background touching on Recruitment, HR Shared Services, Projects, HR systems, and a particular expertise in Reward and Benefits, including Pensions and Recognition, Holly boasts a comprehensive understanding of the intricate workings of human resources across diverse sectors.
Her professional journey has seen her contribute significantly to the realms of NHS, local Government, not-for-profit, and the private sector. As a former vice chair of her local school governing body, Holly has demonstrated her commitment to community engagement beyond the corporate sphere.
Throughout her career, Holly has spearheaded impactful initiatives, such as the implementation of a flexible benefits system and 'take what you need' annual leave policies. She has also played pivotal roles in designing pay frameworks for key positions within large corporate entities, enhancing customer relationship management within BBC HR and Occupational Health Service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory directives such as the European Working Time Directive (EWTD) for Junior Doctors within NHS Trusts.
Drawing from her firsthand experience as a client of Innecto, Holly brings a unique perspective to her consultancy role, equipped with a robust skill set and an array of tools honed through practical application. Her Level 7 CIPD qualification and PRINCE2 accreditation attest to her dedication to professional development and excellence in her field.
With a passion for leveraging her expertise to empower organisations in optimising their HR strategies, Holly Coe stands poised to make invaluable contributions to Innecto's clientele, sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge to drive impactful outcomes in the realm of human capital management.
Simon joined Innecto as a Senior Reward Consultant in 2022. He leads client projects and oversees the internal analyst team's project management. Simon has more than 10 years of experience in HR and Reward roles in various fast-paced and growing organisations.
Simon has managed HR departments covering recruitment, learning & development, HRIS systems, employee relations, and performance management. During his career, Simon worked on several reward projects, including gender pay reporting, LTIP bonus scheme design, pay benchmarking, total reward statements, pay structure redesign, and implementation of health & wellbeing programmes.
Simon holds a CIPD-accredited Master's in Human Resource Management. He is also works providing HR support to local charities and serves as a governor at a local secondary school.
Cathryn joined Innecto in early 2020 following a 10-year career as part of the HR team at our parent company, Personal Group. She has more than 15 years’ experience across HR consultancy and, more recently, in-house HR roles.
During her previous HR consultancy roles, Cathryn provided management development programmes for middle to senior management, and assessment and selection support for roles from professional level up to senior level. These projects included work with clients such as TNT, Vision Express, Bradford & Bingley, Saint Gobain, Mercedes HPE, and many more. Cathryn’s in-house experience spans most areas of the HR spectrum, including reward and benefits, performance management, talent management, and resourcing and recruitment.
With career experience both in-house and in consultancy, Cathryn is perfectly placed to assist clients with their reward and talent needs, as she has seen both sides of the coin! Since joining Innecto Cathryn has lead reward projects for clients including Arsenal FC, British Psychological Society, Financial Reporting Council, Oxfam, Cambridge Assessment, Law Society and innocent drinks.
Cathryn's experience is backed up by a strong academic background, with a BSc Psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester, as well as holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification and being a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Ashley joined Innecto in June 2024 to lead the data, digital, insight and product function. With over 20 years of experience in client-side retail, specialising in insight and customer experience (CX), Ashley brings a unique perspective to Innecto’s strategic direction. He is responsible for defining and leading the development of ID products, with a strong focus on integrating data and insight capabilities to drive both internal and client success.
Ashley often says that while his focus has been on customer experience (CX), a large part of delivering exceptional CX comes through employees. This natural link between CX and employee experience has shaped his passion for driving Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and exploring the service-profit chain concept, which connects employee satisfaction, customer experience, and business performance. Drawing from his extensive background in CX and customer insight, Ashley uses this perspective to help Innecto enhance its strategic product development and drive success through data-driven decisions.
Prior to Innecto, Ashley spent over a decade at Sainsbury's, where he led a large-scale insight transformation and built an internally managed Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme that engages over 3 million customers annually. Outside of work, Ashley is a governor at his local primary school, leading the digital and infrastructure strategy, and also coaches youth football and rugby.
Ian joined the Innecto Team in April 2024 as the Consulting Team Manager. Ian has been in Consulting his entire career focussing on delivering value to Clients with cutting edge knowledge, accelerators and templates. With a background in data management consulting, Ian knows the Consulting team are ready to embrace the wide variety of client projects that Innecto provides through the Innecto Digital software and Consulting template accelerators.
Ian has managed teams that used their capabilities to bring value to many large clients like Unilever, PepsiCo, Zurich Insurance and Diageo. Ian has pride in knowing the Innecto Team are true experts in their field and capable of delivering to the clients specifications, on time and in budget.
Josh joined Innecto’s parent company, Personal Group, in 2018 and has progressed into his current position of Financial Controller across the Group. As part of his remit, Josh leads the finance function for Innecto to ensure not only accurate financial reporting but also forecasting and project appraisal to aid in the growth of the Company.
Outside of his day job in Finance, he is a key member of the management team offering insight and support across the business, most recently with the new Innecto Digital software development and introduction of the new resource management tool.
Prior to working for Personal Group, Josh obtained a degree in Mathematics with French from Royal Holloway before moving to KPMG in external audit where he completed his ACA qualification in 2016.
Justine is Innecto's consultancy lead, heading up our client-facing services in her role as Director of Consulting.
She has a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused reward and recognition programmes for clients that improve employee motivation and engagement, and positively impact the bottom line.
Since joining Innecto in 2007, Justine has successfully managed and implemented challenging reward transformation agendas for numerous clients including the Wellcome Trust, UKTV, British Medical Association, Hearst Magazines, Saga Plc, Caravan & Motorhome club, ITV, Postcode Lottery Group, Kennedys Law, AQA, the Kings Trust (formerly Princes Trust) and the Law Society. Her natural skill at building and developing strong client relationships is evidenced by the number of clients who return to work with Justine and Innecto.
Justine has repeatedly been recognised as one of The Reward 300, an index of the industry’s most important influencers and decision-makers. This recognition is testament to her 25+ years' experience in pay and reward, both as a consultant and in house reward management roles at GSK, Woolworths, London Underground and the Post Office. Her depth of expertise covers all aspect of reward, but she has a particular passion for helping clients align their reward strategy with their business objectives.
Justine has a first class degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She joined the Board of Crohn's and Colitis UK in 2016 as Trustee. As a recognised thought leader and commentator on reward, she regularly presents at industry conferences and is frequently asked for her opinion and comment by the media, including appearances on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 5 Live
