How long a project might take?

The time frame for a QCG project will depend on the nature and scope of the work. Salary benchmarking for a limited number of roles or preparing a briefing note on a single subject can often take place within a matter of a week or two.

Carrying out a full diagnostic report can take over a month, especially if this includes multiple focus groups and interviews across different parts of a larger organisation. The development of recommendations for change can take a further month to six weeks for completion, sometimes more if the scope of the project is particularly large. The duration of implementation support is more difficult to estimate. These requirements tend to become more apparent closer the time and depend heavily in capacity, capability and the scale of change.
