What are the strengths of our team?
QCG are a small and yet diverse team. As a values-driven organisation, the quality and integrity of our work is non-negotiable. We pride ourselves in working in partnership with clients, asking the tough questions – even if they lead to difficult conversations, and providing independent, evidence-based and tailored advice.
Our team combines extensive consulting and in-house experience in reward management. This allows us to put at the service of this project:
- A deep understanding of techniques and methods to address different issues with pay, reward and recognition;
- Extensive practical experience of applying these techniques and methods to real client issues; and
- The ability to see issues from the client’s point of view by virtue of having experience in ‘in-house’ roles demanding ownership and operation of end-to-end processes and projects of the reward cycle.
